Sometimes you have to stop for a while and just think, think about yourself and your life. Are you happy right now? Are you where you want to be or even on your way to the right direction? Are the decisions you´re making, taking you to the path you want to walk? If the answer is no, do something about it.

We live in a world where society has set certain limits. I know many feel this huge pressure to do things like they believe others want them to do, like society says, like they think is the right way according the limits. You may feel like you have to do certain decisions, go to certain direction or look a certain way to be good enough and to fit in the standards. But who has come up with the idea of those limits, of those standards? What is behind them? What is the point? In my opinion, those are only stopping many people chasing their dreams, doing what they actually want to do, being who they truly are. That is wrong. That is terrible, sad and so wrong. You have this one life. You got to make the most of it. Enjoy it. Live it.

So, what if for a moment, you just forget everything else but you? Breath in. Think who you are, what you like, what are your dreams. Take a moment to think what you want to achieve, what kind of person you want to be. Are you the best version of yourself? Are you where you want to be? Are you working towards your dreams and goals? Are you happy? Are you studying what you want, where you want?

This is your time. Now. You own your life. Do not let anyone or anything stop you. Make decisions that make you feel good. Fight for your dreams and never give up. If you don´t want to go to university, then don´t. If you don´t want to wear bra, don´t. If you feel comfortable without makeup, you don´t need to use it. If you want to eat only raw fruits and vegetables, then do it. If eating cooked foods make you feel great, then incorporate them to your diet. Be with a person you love, no matter of gender or skin colour. If you do not want to drink alcohol, you don´t have to. Do not go partying if it makes you feel anxious. Don´t force yourself to be someone you are not.

Now, right now, let go of that pressure, forget the standard. Don´t care about the limits, cross them.

Let the answer be yes.
